Robert Wood Realty Company, LLC is active in the management and renovation of residential and commercial property throughout the metropolitan area.  RWR also manages a number of single family, multi-family properties and currently involved in the redevelopment of three loft conversion projects in downtown St. Louis. RWR is trained and knowledgeable of the appropriate methods and practices of real estate management, including administering Section 42 tax credits since 1992 without any loss of credits to investors.
